Think and grow in the direction of your choice

Wow! I never read this book “Think and Grow Rich” by Napoleon Hill before, even though a lot of (nice!) people recommended it to me. The title just did not appeal to me. I didn’t think growing rich is that interesting. But inspired by Abraham I bought the book and I must say it is a MUST read. I do consider this a yoga book. It is about focussing the mind in the directing of your (soul’s) choice. So Napoleon Hill could have called it “Think and grow Happy” (maybe a better title for the European market;) The principles he describes are universal. For example the win-win-win principle I use for a good yogaexercise is described by him.  I do love  to do the fysical yoga postures just for the fun of it, but for me the most significant side-effect is becoming very flexibel between my ears:) a flexibel mind is a free mind.

Je hebt echt een effectieve nieuwe (uit Schotland meegenomen) oefening hoor…

Snap best, dat die Football player geen last meer had van zijn knie na het doen van deze oefening; die beste vent voelde natuurlijk, net als ik vandaag, louter nog bovenbenen door een hel gaan natuurlijk!

SPIERPIJN, SPIERPIJN, SPIERPIJN!!

Nou ja, positief is natuurlijk wel dat ik me in geen jaren zo “bewust” ben geweest van mijn bovenbenen:)
Ik voel een moment van bezinning…?
Ik denk dat ik mijn bovenbenen maar eens een dikke kus moet geven!
