If you like Snicker cookies and brownies, this is my little healthier favorite tips. The bottom is plain raw brownie dough filled with a layer of peanutbuttermix, which then is covered with chocolate frosting! It takes some time but is so worth it!

Ingredients first layer: chocolatebrownie

4-5 cup walnuts (soaked if you have time,easier to digest for the stomach)
20 pitted dates
2 / 3 – 1dl cocoa powder (raw if you have)
1 teaspoon pure vanilla powder
A pinch of salt + a spoonful of water if needed

How to do: Run the walnuts with a pinch of salt in a food processor. Mix the cocoa and dates. Add water and vanilla and process the mixture until it begins to stick together. It will create a ball that rolls around in the food processor when done. Taste and add more cocoa, or water if it needs to come off. Place dough on a plate, preferably with a teflexpapper over, it makes it easier to remove. I used a plastic box. It worked great. Use your hand and press the dough evenly over the surface.
Set it in the freezer while you make peanut butter layer.

Ingredients for peanut layer:
3 cups oats
1-2 cups peanut butter (preferably raw)
1 cup agave
3 tablespoons honey
1 cup cold-pressed coconut oil, melted
1 teaspoon salt
How to do: Run the oats in food processor until they become almost like a meal. Mix with remaining ingredients. Smear over above the brownie batter. Replace in the freezer while you make the glaze. Will there be any dough over, make small cakes and place in oven.

Ingredients chocolate glaze:
1 cup agave syrup or maple syrup
1 cup cocoa (preferably raw)
1 / 2kopp virgin coconut oil, melted
a pinch of salt

Proceed as follows: Melt the coconut oil in a water bath. Blend all in food processor to the glaze is smooth. Remove the cake from the freezer and spread the glaze evenly, cover. Set the cold again until the glaze hardens. Store in refrigerator or freezer. I keep mine in the freezer. Then hold it in place.
